We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Scrum Master to join our team. As a Scrum Master, you will play a crucial role in driving Agile practices and facilitating effective collaboration within our development team.

Responsibilities:

• Facilitate the Agile development process and act as a servant leader for one of our clients.
• Guide the team in adopting and implementing Agile principles, values, and best practices.
• Organize and lead Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Collaborate with developers and clients to ensure clear understanding of project goals and priorities.
• Remove any obstacles or impediments that may hinder the team’s progress and success.
• Coach team members on Agile methodologies, promoting self-organization and continuous improvement.
• Track and communicate project progress, risks, and issues to clients.
• Foster a culture of collaboration, transparency, and accountability within the team.

Requirements

• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent certification.
• Proven experience as a Scrum Master in Agile software development environments.
• Strong understanding of Agile principles and frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, etc.).
• Excellent facilitation and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Demonstrated problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to influence and motivate others.
• Continuous learner with a growth mindset.
• Advanced English level.
