We are looking for a detail-oriented QA Engineer (BigCommerce & Integrations) to join our clients’ team. The ideal candidate will have experience testing eCommerce platforms, APIs, and third-party integrations, with a strong understanding of BigCommerce functionalities, automation testing, and performance optimization. This position will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and execute test plans, identify and document defects, and ensure the reliability and quality of BigCommerce stores and integrations.

Salary: USD 1500 – USD 2500
Language Requirement: English – B2 Level
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute test plans for BigCommerce storefront, checkout, and payment processing.
- Validate multi-language and multi-currency functionality across regions.
- Test SSN/EIN validation, affiliate lookups, and pricing logic.
- Ensure integrations with Avalara, Braintree, and Gorgias are functioning as expected.
- Conduct performance and security testing to optimize store reliability.
- Document bugs and defects and work with developers to resolve issues.
Required Skills:
- 2+ years experience in eCommerce or SaaS QA testing.
- Strong knowledge of manual & automated testing tools (Selenium, Postman, etc.).
- Familiarity with BigCommerce Stencil and API testing.
- Experience validating checkout, payment processing, and tax configurations.
- Ability to analyze multi-currency conversions and ensure localized accuracy.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Background in MLM eCommerce models and commission-based workflows.
- Experience working with test automation frameworks.
- Strong understanding of security compliance and fraud detection testing.
