About the Role
We are looking for a skilled Integration Engineer to join our clients’ team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with Dell Boomi integration solutions, along with exceptional communication abilities and a solid understanding of business needs. This position will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and manage integration solutions that align with both technical and business goals.

Requirements
Integration Design & Development:
Lead the creation, development, and deployment of integration solutions leveraging Dell Boomi.
Design, test, and resolve issues with integration interfaces to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
Adhere to best practices for creating decoupled systems.
Collaboration & Communication:
Work closely with business stakeholders, IT teams, and external partners to gather requirements and translate them into effective integration solutions.
Provide clear updates on project status, challenges, and solutions to both technical and non-technical teams using remote collaboration tools.
Maintenance & Optimization:
Oversee and maintain existing integrations, quickly addressing any issues or performance challenges.
Regularly assess integration processes and suggest improvements to enhance efficiency and scalability.
Documentation & Best Practices:
Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for integration designs, workflows, and procedures.
Ensure all integration projects follow industry best practices and company standards.
Technical Support & Training:
Act as the subject matter expert for Boomi integrations within the team.
Required Qualifications:
Technical Expertise:
- Extensive experience with Dell Boomi, backed by a strong portfolio of successful integration projects (minimum 5+ years required).
- Skilled in API integrations, web services, and other middleware technologies.
- Experience working with various drivers to interact with legacy databases using HTTP patch calls.
- Familiarity with tools like Solace, Jira, Apigee, and GCP.
- Knowledge of Linux and Single Sign-On (SSO) systems.
- Proficiency with AWS, as the platform is built on the AWS cloud.
- Strong ability to design fault-tolerant, decoupled systems.
Communication Skills & Business Acumen:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Ability to explain complex technical topics to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
A deep understanding of business processes and how integration solutions impact overall business goals.
Capability to align technical solutions with business objectives.
Additional Experience:
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and CI/CD practices is advantageous.
Experience troubleshooting and optimizing integrations in high-volume environments.
