Overview 

We are seeking an experienced GA4 Specialist to support our digital analytics needs. This role will focus on the configuration, management, and optimization of our Google Analytics 4 environment, ensuring accurate tracking, clear reporting, and actionable insights. The ideal candidate will be highly skilled in GA4, Google Tag Manager, and UTM management, with a solid understanding of digital marketing metrics and attribution models. 

 Key Responsibilities 

  • Configure, maintain, and optimize GA4 tracking across web properties. 
  • Implement and manage UTM parameters to ensure accurate campaign tracking across all channels. 
  • Set up and manage event tracking through Google Tag Manager (GTM). 
  • Build, modify, and maintain GA4 dashboards and reports to provide actionable insights to stakeholders. 
  • Work closely with marketing teams to track attribution, conversion funnels, and other key performance indicators. 
  • Troubleshoot tracking issues using browser debugging tools and JavaScript knowledge. 
  • Collaborate with internal teams and communicate findings in clear, non-technical language. 

 Required Skills & Experience 

  • Proven hands-on experience with Google Analytics 4 (GA4), including setup and reporting. 
  • Experience with UTM parameter creation and governance across multiple campaigns and channels. 
  • Strong proficiency with Google Tag Manager (GTM) and event tracking setup. 
  • Experience in dashboard creation and customization within GA4. 
  • Understanding of digital marketing metrics, attribution models, and conversion funnels. 
  • Ability to work independently and communicate effectively with non-technical audiences. 
  • Familiarity with JavaScript and browser-based debugging tools (e.g., Chrome DevTools). 
  • Bigquery
  • English: fluent spoken English (mandatory)

 Preferred Qualifications 

  • Google Analytics Certification (GAIQ or GA4 Certification). 
  • Experience integrating GA4 with advertising platforms such as Google Ads and Meta Ads. 
  • Experience with server-side tagging and/or custom data layer implementations.
