Senior Functional Consultant - Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance (LATAM Rollouts)
Role Overview Dibrand is seeking a Senior D365 Finance Functional Consultant to lead the regional deployment of a corporate ERP model across LATAM operations under our Staff Augmentation scheme. The core objective is not a greenfield implementation, but adopting the global Golden Template established by corporate headquarters and executing necessary fiscal, legal, and operational localizations across target LATAM countries.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct detailed Fit/Gap analysis comparing the corporate Golden Template against local legal, fiscal, and business operational requirements.
Configure and adapt core D365 Finance modules: General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Fixed Assets, Cash & Bank Management, and Financial Reporting.
Implement LATAM fiscal localizations, including electronic invoicing integrations, local tax engines (sales tax, withholdings, perceptions), and statutory financial reporting.
Oversee financial data migration processes using Data Management Framework (DMF).
Plan and execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT), end-user training sessions, and post-go-live functional support.
Act as the primary functional bridge between local finance stakeholders and the global corporate IT committee.
Requisitos
Must-Have Requirements
Experience: 5+ years of hands-on functional experience configuring and deploying Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance (or Dynamics AX).
Language Proficiency: English B2/C1 or higher (Mandatory) with demonstrated ability to lead technical discussions, negotiate scope, and present directly to global stakeholders.
Rollout Expertise: Proven track record in multinational corporate rollouts and working within global template constraints.
LATAM Localization: In-depth understanding of LATAM tax, legal, and accounting compliance rules across key regional markets.
Autonomy & Communication: High degree of self-management, analytical thinking, and executive-level communication skills.
Nice-to-Have Requirements
Certification: Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Finance Functional Consultant Associate (MB-310).
Education: Academic background in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or Systems Engineering.
