Position: Sr. Full-stack Engineer
Location: Guadalajara, Mexico
Work Experience: Must-haves: +3 years (excluding) Java, Angular, Spring Boot, and AWS experience
Contract Type: 6-month contract-to-hire
Salary: USD 3600/month
Language Requirement: English – B2 Level

Requirements

• Proven ability to design innovative projects that leverage effective technologies, meet deadlines, and achieve objectives.
• Experience in developing RESTful web services and working with XML, HTML, and SOA architectures.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, particularly for performance optimization.
• Effective verbal and written communication, with the ability to lead Agile teams and mentor less experienced team members.
• Commitment to delivering high-quality code by following best practices and translating complex requirements into functional applications.
• Nice-to-have: familiarity with e-learning platforms, Bachelor’s degree

• Capable of managing medium to complex assignments with minimal supervision.
• A key contributor to large-scale technical initiatives, with a strong ability to identify and solve problems effectively.
• Communicates across teams and external stakeholders, providing clear explanations and guidance.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• At least 5 years of experience in developing web-based applications using Java, REST, and other modern technologies.
• Proficiency in Java (Spring, Apex), JavaScript frameworks (Node.js, Angular, React), and database integration.
• Preferred experience includes familiarity with tools like Jira, Agile methodologies, Hibernate, and legacy system integration.
